Ross River Psychology is a private practice and does not bulk-bill.
Consultation: 50-60 mins | $195
With a Medicare rebate you will be $96.65 out of pocket.
You are free to schedule an appt without a GP referral.
Letters/Forms/Reports*: notify prior to appt for approval, estimated time frame for completion and fees.
*to be discussed with your psychologist .
Cash and EFTPOS including Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Hicaps is available to claim your rebate ‘on the spot’.
If you are claiming via Hicaps, please ensure that you bring your current Medicare card or Private Health Fund card and EFTPOS card with savings or cheque account linked.
Need to Reschedule?
We understand that unexpected events happen and we will readily assist in rescheduling your appt for a more suitable time
We would be grateful for 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
This will allow us to make the consultation available for those on our waitlist.
Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
Cancellation within 24 hours of Appt: 50% of Fee
Cancellation after 8am on day of appt or Non-Attendance: Full fee
This applies to all appts. Rebates are not available for these fees.
If you have been referred by a third party organisation, there may be a reduction in the number of consultations you are able to access.
Appt Reminder Notifications
An SMS will be sent as a reminder 2 day prior to your appt.
These reminder messages are a courtesy - it is your responsibility to ensure you remember your appt and it is advised that you record the details personally.
